The living room and open kitchen are on the ground floor. The living room has a sitting area with a television. The kitchen has a dining area, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, stove and dishwasher. There is a bedroom with two box-spring beds and a bathroom on the ground floor.

There are three bedrooms on the top floor. One bedroom has two box-spring beds and the other two bedrooms are triple bedrooms, one bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom is fully equipped with a toilet, sink and shower.
